The Midway SF hosted Thumbtack’s first national pro event, Self Made, where hundreds of pros joined Thumbtack to talk shop, meet the faces behind the company and learn new ways to grow their businesses.

Thumbtack is a well-known American home services website. It serves as an online directory that allows users to search for, rate, and hire local service providers to work on a variety of personal projects, including home improvement, financial and legal services, computer / IT repair and event planning.

This event was designed to provide insights and tools for professionals to grow their businesses and foster a sense of community among Thumbtack pros. The attendees had the opportunity to attend workshops to learn about new features on Thumbtack, hear stories of successful professionals, and participate in sessions focused on business growth, customer experience and more. A buffet style lunch was provided and the day concluded with music and a happy hour, allowing for informal networking and discussions.
