Inside Apollo Summit 2026: A Multitrack Tech Conference at The Midway

Apollo Summit 2026 brought developers, engineers, and technology leaders to The Midway during San Francisco Tech Week, October 6–8. The conference featured technical sessions, industry announcements, workshops, and networking focused on the technologies connecting enterprise systems and AI.
Among the announcements was Apollo’s introduction of GraphOS Agent Services, designed to help businesses connect AI agents with existing enterprise systems. Across The Midway’s indoor and outdoor campus, the conference combined large-scale presentations with smaller technical sessions, catered dining, and informal gathering spaces.
Multiple Spaces for a Multitrack Conference
The Midway’s Ride hosted the mainstage program, with theatrical lighting, large presentation screens, and seating arranged for keynotes and technical presentations.
Additional spaces accommodated simultaneous workshops, smaller presentations, and discussions throughout the conference. These environments gave Apollo room to organize different types of programming while keeping attendees within the same event campus.
The combination of large presentation spaces and smaller rooms supported the varied needs of a technical conference, from major announcements to focused learning sessions.
Extending the Conference Outdoors
One of the distinctive features of Apollo Summit was a permitted street closure that extended the event’s dining and social areas beyond The Midway’s Patio.
The additional outdoor space accommodated communal dining tables, lounge seating, and gathering areas where attendees could connect between sessions. Catered meals and refreshments were integrated into the conference schedule, allowing hospitality and networking to take place alongside the technical programming.
The outdoor environment provided a relaxed contrast to the presentations indoors. Shaded seating, colorful surroundings, and open-air dining gave attendees room to move between structured sessions and informal conversations throughout the event.
Apollo’s visual identity was carried through the conference signage, presentation environments, and branded details, including a collection of Apollo-themed arcade games.
