Miro Canvas 26: Bringing Collaboration, Product Innovation and Business Together

Miro brought its global Canvas 26 event series to San Francisco, gathering approximately 500 attendees at The Midway for a day focused on product innovation, AI and the future of collaborative work.
The program combined mainstage presentations, workshops, demonstrations and opportunities for customers, partners and industry professionals to connect. Across The Midway’s indoor and outdoor spaces, Canvas 26 accommodated a variety of activities, from large presentations to private business meetings.
From Presentations to Participation
Ride hosted the mainstage program, while smaller rooms accommodated talks, workshops and product demonstrations. The different formats gave attendees opportunities to explore Miro’s latest developments and the ideas shaping collaborative work.
Outside, a permitted street closure made room for 12 sponsors alongside food, beverage and activations. The Patio provided additional outdoor gathering space, connecting the conference’s formal programming with more informal conversations throughout the day.
The Conversations Around the Conference
Canvas 26 also included dedicated spaces for business conversations alongside the larger program. The Observatory roofdeck hosted private sales meetings, while CarreSel accommodated an analyst lounge after serving earlier in the day as a seated luncheon space and presentation room.
These smaller settings allowed Miro to bring together customers, partners, analysts and other industry professionals for different kinds of conversations within the same event.
From product announcements and hands-on sessions to sponsor activations and private meetings, Canvas 26 brought several aspects of Miro’s business together at The Midway, a San Francisco venue for AI and technology events, reflecting the company’s emphasis on collaboration and the exchange of ideas.
